Informationen about Test Access

Here you can test the Hosted Version of this software free of charge for seven full days, i.e., you will receive your own access (limited to three support members at most) and will be able to directly integrate the Live Support functionality into your web site. The Test Access is without any commitments on your part. All you can do is benefit! Try out our system as part of your every day business practices! The functionality of the test version is not limited or restricted in any way (Business Edition).

add one line of HTML code (available in the configuration area) via copy & paste into your web site
login as support member and your Live Support is online and fully functional!

You will receive the login details for the yalst configuration area via e-mail (usually takes at most one workday, if an employee is online, you will typically receive an e-mail within minutes). In the configuration area you will be able to adjust the Live Support software to meet your needs (colors, buttons, set phrases, support members, ...), as well as find instructions regarding the integration into your web site.

On the next page you will be able to recheck and confirm or edit the details you specified. Please show understanding, that we can only install the Test Access, if all of the fields were filled out with valid data.
