Up-to-date traffic statistics are available in the Customer Area. On persistingly high traffic, it may be cheaper to use the Enterprise Edition, which can run on a dedicated server. You will receive the login details for the yalst Customer Area via e-mail. Within the Customer Area, you can configure your Live Support software to match your needs (design, uttons, support members, alarms, ...), as well as find a detailed instruction guide on how to integrate yalst in your web site, including a convenient HTML code generator. Traffic related extra charges:
Already included are 200,000 page impressions per month, on all pages where yalst is integrated, as well as 200 MB for file data transfers (yalst can transfer files between chat partners during chat sessions, be it support members or visitors). Usually, the included traffic and page impressions will only be exceeded on very big web sites. The extra charges for every 100,000 page impressions is 22.95 $ (billed for every 50,000 impressions), the extra charge for an additional 100 MB file data transfers is 2.95 $ (billed for every 100 MB). Traffic costs also apply during the free months in the case of yearly payments. All prices already include VAT.

Note: Should you already have a yalst Test Access, you will not receive new login details after your order. Your Test Access - of course, keeping all of your settings - will be converted to a full access account. Hence, the login details you have been using so far will remain valid and function as your new ones.
