Information about Free Edition

Our yalst Free Edition is your free entrance into the world of web based customer service. Simply fill out the form below and you will immediately receive a download link via e-mail. After installing yalst on your webspace/web server, you are ready to go and support your customers directly through your web site.

Function range of the Free Edition (to get access to additional features you will need a different edition):

configurable text based notifications, if no operator is online/available

Due to the various restrictions of the Free Edition, this version is not suitable to test the many, complex features of yalst. If you want to try out the Download Version, please use our Trial Version - of course, also free of charge and non-binding.

Please pay attention:

Please make sure that your server/webspace meets all system requirements for a successful yalst installation.
The Download Version only operates on web servers that are reachable through a "public" (IP) address, i.e. not in private networks (intranets). Servers that keep changing their IP address are not supported either (refer to the term "DynDNS", also applies to the Free Edition).
The Free Edition can also be installed on your local PC/laptop. To do so, enter "localhost" as the domain in the form. You will also need to install a local web server with PHP, as well as a MySQL database, on your PC/laptop (we suggest XAMPP for Windows users, Linux based systems usually have the required packages preinstalled).
At any given point of time, you can transform your Free Edition, using new license and product keys, without having to reinstall, into a Trial Version (Business Edition) or into a Full version (any edition).
Please show understanding, that unfortunately we can offer no product support for the Free Edition (which is free of charge, as the name implies).
